1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, spoiled, or not as described.

  • Customers must report any issues within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Products must be in their original packaging and, if applicable, unused.

⚠️ Note: For fresh meat, mutton, duck, quail, and seafood, returns for change of mind or preference are not accepted due to the perishable nature of the items.

To request a return or report an issue:

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and photos of the issue.

  3. Our team will review your request and guide you on the next steps.


3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  • If a product is delivered incorrectly or damaged, report it immediately.
